HPC EconomiAc CNC Press Brake
Press brakes are pivotal machinery in the realm of sheet metal processing. These ingenious devices meticulously bend and shape sheet metal into predetermined forms and angles by applying substantial pressure. The essence of a press brake lies in its primary components: the workbench, mold, and power system. The workbench steadfastly supports the sheet, while the mold is expertly crafted to mirror the desired shape. The power system delivers the crucial pressure and motion control required to achieve precise bending. The superior bending accuracy and unwavering stability of press brakes are critical to the quality of the processed parts. Therefore, the design and manufacturing process of these machines demand the utmost precision and excellence.
Over a decade of relentless innovation and refinement has propelled CNHAWE's electro-hydraulic servo control technology to extraordinary heights. This pioneering technology, when seamlessly integrated with press brakes, marks a transformative epoch in the industry. It heralds a new era of progress that continues to advance the sheet metal fabricating industry, setting new standards and driving unparalleled development.
