At CNHAWE, we distinguish ourselves by integrating controllers sourced from three of the globe's most prestigious companies: Delem from the Netherlands, ESA from Italy, and Cybelec from Switzerland. These esteemed industry pioneers elevate our machines to deliver unparalleled precision and top-tier performance.
Through our meticulous and precise tuning process, we significantly enhance the harmony between our cutting-edge controllers and machines. Our core assembly integrates seamlessly with advanced tuning techniques, enabling us to offer a diverse range of high-end optional functions. These are tailored to meet customer preferences, thereby boosting efficiency and versatility.
The CNHAWE controllers lead the industry in advancing precision and efficiency within our press brake operations.
Back-gauge
The CNHAWE back-gauge system sets the industry benchmark, delivering unparalleled precision and reliability in the motion of press brakes.
Our dedication to excellence is showcased by employing imported ball screws and linear guides, which markedly enhance the accuracy and consistency of CNHAWE's CNC series press brakes, ensuring flawless production processes are met with exceptional precision.
Our back-gauge frame undergoes stringent high-temperature tempering to effectively eradicate internal stress. This process improves metal plasticity and toughness, preventing precision loss due to frame deformation and consistently guaranteeing superior performance.
Servo Motor
Servo motors epitomize the pinnacle of industrial automation technology, delivering extraordinary dynamic performance and unmatched production efficiency with minimal energy use. Enterprises leveraging servo motors can attain up to 35% energy savings compared to traditional motors, significantly enhancing efficiency while reducing production operating costs.
Servo Hydraulic System
Our CNC press brake boasts an all-encompassing servo-hydraulic system, featuring critical components such as a motor, oil pump, filter elements, valve group, hydraulic cylinders, and oil tank. By collaborating with HAWE, the esteemed German manufacturer renowned for efficiency and low failure rates, we establish a robust foundation for outstanding system performance.
Upper Clamp
Our press brake features manual quick clamps, enabling rapid and effortless upper punch tool changes to enhance time and efficiency. For high-end requirements, we offer hydraulic clamps or pneumatic/hydraulic clamps from WILA, a Dutch brand renowned as the premier provider of press brake clamping solutions globally.
Electrical Component
Our machines, equipped with original Schneider parts imported from France, offer exceptional stability and longevity, extending their service life. The additional incorporation of original Estun electrical cabinet components provides strong anti-interference capabilities, ensuring reliable electrical operations.
Crowning System
CNHAWE is unparalleled in the advanced domain of press brake crowning compensation systems, driven by our dedication to independent R&D and production. We offer two revolutionary product lines: electric lower crowning systems and an integrated upper and lower hydraulic clamping and crowning system. Our proprietary system precisely calculates compensation values, aligning the slider's deformation curve with the compensation curve to maintain straightness and angle consistency during production. Dominating a substantial domestic market share, we export globally, further strengthened by our strategic partnership with Dutch manufacturer Wila, enriching high-end options for our European and American clients.
Ball Screw & Guide
Outfitted with ball screws and linear guide rails, our machinery guarantees smooth and reliable operations. Collaborating with distinguished brands from Japan and Taiwan, China, underpins the stability and precision of our press brakes' motion control, ensuring superior performance.
