Innovative Back-Gauge System
The CNHAWE back-gauge system stands as a paragon in the press brake industry, offering unmatched precision and reliability in motion control.
Our unwavering commitment to excellence shines through in our use of imported ball screws and linear guides, significantly elevating the accuracy and consistency of CNHAWE's CNC series press brakes, thereby ensuring flawless production processes.
Our back-gauge frame undergoes rigorous high-temperature tempering, efficiently eliminating internal stress. This process significantly enhances metal plasticity and toughness, safeguarding against any precision loss due to frame deformation, and guaranteeing long-term performance.
High-Performance Servo Motor
Servo motors, a pinnacle of industrial automation technology, deliver exceptional dynamic performance and outstanding production efficiency with minimal energy consumption. By adopting servo motors, enterprises can achieve up to 35% energy savings compared to traditional motors, significantly boosting efficiency while substantially reducing operating costs during production.
Advanced Servo Hydraulic System
Our CNC press brake is equipped with a comprehensive servo-hydraulic system, comprising essential components such as a motor, oil pump, filter elements, valve group, hydraulic cylinders, and oil tank. By partnering with HAWE, a prestigious German manufacturer renowned for their high-efficiency, low-failure rate products, we lay a robust foundation for superior system performance.
Efficient Upper Clamp
Our press brake offers manual quick clamps for swift and effortless upper punch tool changes, optimizing both time and efficiency. To meet high-end demands, we provide hydraulic clamps or pneumatic/hydraulic clamps from WILA, a Dutch brand celebrated as the world's finest press brake clamping solution provider.
Premium Electrical Components
Our machines, fitted with Schneider's original parts imported from France, boast exceptional stability and durability, significantly extending their service life. Complementing these are the original Estun electrical cabinet components, which exhibit robust anti-interference capabilities, ensuring reliable electrical operations.
Sophisticated Crowning System
CNHAWE leads the way in the advanced field of press brake crowning compensation systems with our dedication to independent R&D and production. We offer two groundbreaking product lines: electric lower crowning systems and an integrated upper and lower hydraulic clamping and crowning system. Our proprietary system precisely calculates compensation values, aligning the deformation curve of the slider with the compensation curve, thus ensuring straightness and angle consistency during production. Dominating a significant share of the domestic market, we also export globally, particularly strengthened by our strategic partnership with Dutch manufacturer Wila, expanding high-end options for our European and American clientele.
Precision Ball Screw & Guide
Equipped with precision-engineered ball screws and linear guide rails, our machinery ensures smooth and reliable operations. Collaborations with esteemed brands from Japan and Taiwan, China, bolster the stability and precision of motion control in our press brakes, guaranteeing exemplary performance.
