CNC Controller
CNC controllers are pivotal in orchestrating the sophisticated motion control of our press brakes. At CNHAWE, we integrate controllers from leading companies such as Delem (Netherlands), ESA (Italy), and Cybelec (Switzerland), ensuring a harmonious synergy between controller and machine. Our expert tuning procedures unlock a suite of high-end functionalities, allowing customers to customize their experience. With CNHAWE controllers, users benefit from instantaneous angle adjustments, extensive 2D/3D programming capabilities, and advanced multi-axis control, all of which ensure consistently superior precision and efficiency in output.
Back-gauge
CNHAWE's back-gauge system revolutionizes press brake technology by setting a new benchmark in motion accuracy, leading the industry with its unparalleled precision.
By integrating imported ball screws and linear guides, CNHAWE's CNC series press brakes achieve remarkable precision and uniformity, delivering consistent quality in every bend.
The back-gauge system frame undergoes an intensive high-temperature tempering process, effectively eradicating internal stress, enhancing metal plasticity and durability, and preventing precision deterioration caused by structural deformation.
Servo Hydraulic System
The servo hydraulic system in our CNC press brakes is an intricate composition of essential parts, including motor, oil pump, filter elements, valve group, hydraulic cylinders, and oil tank. Collaborating with HAWE, a prestigious German manufacturer, our system thrives on products known for exceptional performance and minimal failure rates. The electro-hydraulic servo synchronization mechanism ensures ultra-tight hydraulic cylinder intervals, amplifying resilience to eccentric loads and assuring top-notch synchronization precision and power density ratios, all achieved cost-effectively.
Main Servo Motor
Reigning supreme in the realm of industrial automation, servo motors exemplify high dynamic performance. They significantly boost machine efficiency while slashing energy usage, with up to 35% energy savings over conventional motors. This choice massively lifts production efficiency and trims operational expenses, making it the go-to for countless enterprises.
Our lineup includes high-efficiency, energy-conserving motors from Siemens, Germany, tailored for daily production demands. These motors surpass standard efficiency, drastically enhancing work productivity with cutting-edge technology and advanced design, ensuring reliable performance across a spectrum of conditions.
