Controller
In addition to offering the E21S system as a basic option, we also offer the DAC-360T system from DELEM in the Netherlands as a higher-level upgrade option to meet higher customer demands. The humanized operation experience and convenient touch screen operation mode bring customers higher work efficiency improvement. The system automates the control and adjustment of rear stop block, blade angle, and blade clearance. For high-end cutting needs, we also have DAC-362T as an upgrade option.
Back-gauge

The optional configurations for the back-gauge part of the shearing machine include pneumatic rear support and rear protective light curtain. Pneumatic rear support ensures the accuracy and surface smoothness of the sheared sheet metal. The rear protective light curtain protects personnel from injuries caused by rear stop block and prevents accidental entry of living organisms. This can enable the machine to meet international safety protection standards.

Motor
Our high-performance main motor can be configured with globally renowned brands like Siemens or trusted Chinese brands such as WANNAN. To accommodate specific needs, we provide voltage customization options, including 3-phase 220V 60Hz, 3-phase 380V 60Hz, 3-phase 415V 60Hz, and other configurations upon request.
Valve

Incorporating a globally recognized Rexroth hydraulic valve block, our system delivers exceptional hydraulic performance. Real-time oil pressure monitoring ensures efficient oil circuit operation and consistent machine stability. Additionally, our advanced oil pressure overload protection system minimizes the risk of oil leakage and valve jamming, enhancing reliability and durability.


Plate Feed Port
Cutting Line Alignment Lighting
Our feed port is designed in compliance with international safety standards, ensuring the machine operates safely and reliably. The feeding height is carefully engineered, with a minimum equal to the sheet thickness and a maximum of the sheet thickness plus 20-25mm. Adjustable screws are included, allowing users to easily customize the feeding height to their needs. For added safety, the machine features a front fence and side guardrail, providing comprehensive protection for the operator.
The advanced alignment marking light source projects a clear, visible line onto the plate, enabling precise cutting with exceptional straightness. This innovative feature eliminates the need for traditional line-drawing methods, streamlining the cutting process and improving efficiency.


Electric Cutting Angle Adjustment
Oil Cooler
The electric cutting angle adjustment device will automatically adjust the cutting angle according to the thickness of the sheet, without the need for manual operation. Combined with the electric clearance adjustment function, it greatly improves work efficiency.
A hydraulic oil cooler on a shearing machine is an optional component designed to regulate the temperature of the hydraulic oil circulating through the system, especially to cope with some high load operation situations. It can ensure that the oil temperature remains stable and the machine runs efficiently over time.
