Back-gauge
The robust back-gauge design significantly enhances the collision resistance of the stop block, markedly reducing deformation risk. An intuitive back-gauge rack simplifies material retrieval post-cut. To manage longer materials, the system features manual and automatic stop block lifting functions, ensuring versatile and efficient operation tailored to meet a variety of operational requirements.
Motor
Our high-performance main motor is configurable with globally esteemed brands like Siemens or trusted Chinese brands such as WANNAN. To cater to specific requirements, we provide voltage customization options, including 3-phase 220V 60Hz, 3-phase 380V 60Hz, 3-phase 415V 60Hz, and other configurations upon request, ensuring optimal performance and adaptability across diverse operational conditions.
Valve
Utilizing a globally acclaimed Rexroth hydraulic valve block, our system boasts outstanding hydraulic performance. Real-time monitoring of oil pressure ensures efficient oil circuit operation and unwavering machine stability. Furthermore, our advanced oil pressure overload protection system minimizes risks of oil leakage and valve jamming, enhancing reliability and durability, guaranteeing smooth and hassle-free operation.
Bearing Ball Workbench
The front support, featuring a bearing ball structure, significantly reduces friction between the plate and the workbench, effectively preserving the plate's smooth surface. Plate Feed Port
Our feed port is meticulously designed in compliance with international safety standards, ensuring safe and reliable machine operation. The feeding height is thoughtfully engineered, with a minimum equal to the sheet thickness and a maximum of the sheet thickness plus 20-25mm. Adjustable screws are provided, allowing users to customize the feeding height effortlessly. For additional safety, the machine features a front fence and side guardrail, delivering comprehensive protection for the operator and ensuring a secure working environment.
Cutting Line Alignment Lighting
The state-of-the-art alignment marking light source projects a sharp, visible line onto the plate, facilitating precise cutting with exceptional straightness. This innovative feature eradicates the need for traditional line-drawing methods, streamlining the cutting process and enhancing efficiency, making precision cutting effortless and time-efficient.





1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer with over 20 years of sheet metalworking equipment production experience.
2. Where is your company located?
Ma'anshan, Anhui Province, China. We are 360 kilometers away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport(PVG). And 35 kilometers away from Nanjing Lukou International Airport(NKG), about a 30 minute drive.
3 . How long does it take to deliver the machine?
We usually deliver machines within 30 days. For non-standard customized machines, the lead time will be longer but not exceed 50 days.
4 . What is your acceptable payment?
Generally T/T and L/C payments are accepted by us, with a 30% deposit and 70% payment before delivery. But for those special clients, we have better optional payments.
5. What is your warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty period for general version machines, and 2-3 years warranty for non-standard machines. It's kind of you to confirm the warranty period with our sales in advance.
6. What services are included during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts. Excluding wearing parts.
7. Do you accept OEM customization?
Yes, we accept it. Including appearance, color, configuration, and more. The price of customized machines may be slightly higher. Please consult our sales for details.
8 . What do you do for Quality Control work?
During the R&D phase, our powerful technicians and engineers gather the most cutting-edge technologies, combined with our decades of industry experience, to complete research and development work. To ensure the strength and stability of the frame, many large processing equipment, like tempering furnaces and shot blasting machines, are used. To ensure machine accuracy, five-axis CNC centers and floor boring and milling equipment are used. Standardized processes are strictly followed during the assembly phase. The final machine must undergo dual certification from both internal and external acceptance departments before it can be put into the market.
