Robust Construction
Robust Construction: Built with durability in mind, this press brake features a sturdy frame and high-quality components that can withstand heavy-duty usage. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting performance and reliability, even in demanding production environments. Before painting and assembling each machine, the frame must undergo a tempering and annealing process to achieve the effect of removing internal stress, and the surface must be sandblasted and shot blasted. This not only ensures the overall stability of the frame, but also demonstrates excellent appearance performance under the coverage of AkzoNobel's paint, making it durable to meet the bending needs of large workpieces.
Large Bending Capacity
Large Bending Capacity: As the name suggests, the HPA Large-bend Series CNC Press Brake is capable of handling large-scale bending tasks. With its generous bending capacity, it can accommodate thicker materials and larger workpieces, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. By customizing various heavy-duty tools for different industries, our HPA Large-bend series press brake machines are capable of handling various heavy industrial sheet metal processing and manufacturing tasks.
CNC Controller
Advanced Control System: The HPA Large-bend Series CNC Press Brake is equipped with an advanced CNC control system that allows for precise and efficient bending operations. This system enables users to easily program and execute complex bending sequences, ensuring consistent and accurate results.
User-Friendly Interface: The press brake is designed with user convenience in mind. It features an intuitive interface that allows operators to easily navigate through various functions and settings. This user-friendly design reduces the learning curve and improves productivity.
Integrated Machining Process
The frame of the HPA Large-bend Series CNC Press Brake is manufactured using an integrated machining process to ensure the highest level of precision. We use a large pentagonal CNC machining center to achieve one-time clamping precision machining. Eliminating the possibility of dimensional deviation.
Such a processing advantage at the CNHAWE factory guarantees that the press brake's frame maintains accuracy and uniformity throughout the subsequent assembly process.
Versatile Bending Options
Versatile Bending Options: The HPA Large-bend Series CNC Press Brake offers a variety of bending options to meet different manufacturing needs. It supports both standard and special bending processes, allowing users to tackle a wide range of projects with flexibility. Our professional technical after-sales team will adjust the system settings based on the actual application scenarios of this series machines at customer sites to ensure optimal bending load force and achieve perfect bending tasks for ultra long and thick plates.
Safety and Maintenance
Safety and Maintenance: Safety is a top priority in the design of this press brake. It is equipped with various safety mechanisms, such as protective guards and emergency stop buttons, to ensure operator safety during operation. Meanwhile, the HPA Large-bend Series CNC Press Brake is designed for easy maintenance. Its accessible components and clear maintenance instructions make routine upkeep simple and hassle-free, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
