Back-gauge
Our robust back-gauge design significantly enhances the collision resistance of the stop block, thus reducing deformation risks. A thoughtfully designed back-gauge rack simplifies material retrieval after cutting. To accommodate longer materials, our system offers both manual and automatic stop block lifting functions, ensuring seamless versatility and highly efficient operation.
Motor
Our high-performance main motor is compatible with prestigious global brands such as Siemens or respected Chinese brands like WANNAN. We offer voltage customization options to meet specific requirements, including 3-phase 220V 60Hz, 3-phase 380V 60Hz, 3-phase 415V 60Hz, and other configurations upon request, ensuring your needs are precisely met.
Valve
Featuring a globally acclaimed Rexroth hydraulic valve block, our system delivers unparalleled hydraulic performance. It includes real-time oil pressure monitoring to ensure efficient operation of the oil circuit and consistent machine stability. Our advanced oil pressure overload protection system minimizes the risk of oil leakage and valve jamming, enhancing the machine's reliability and longevity.
Bearing Ball Workbench
Our front support is innovatively designed with a bearing ball structure to minimize friction between the plate and the workbench, preserving the plate surface's smoothness. This design not only enhances feeding convenience but also increases speed, ultimately boosting overall cutting efficiency.
Plate Feed Port
Designed to comply with international safety standards, our feed port ensures safe and reliable machine operation. The feeding height is meticulously engineered, with a minimum equal to the sheet thickness and a maximum of the sheet thickness plus 20-25mm. Adjustable screws allow users to easily tailor the feeding height to specific needs. For enhanced safety, we incorporate a front fence and side guardrail, providing comprehensive operator protection.
Cutting Line Alignment Lighting
Our advanced alignment marking light source casts a clear, visible line onto the plate, facilitating precise cutting with exceptional straightness. This innovative feature eliminates the need for traditional line-drawing methods, streamlining the cutting process and significantly improving efficiency.





1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer with over 20 years of sheet metalworking equipment production experience.
2. Where is your company located?
Ma'anshan, Anhui Province, China. We are 360 kilometers away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport(PVG). And 35 kilometers away from Nanjing Lukou International Airport(NKG), about a 30 minute drive.
3 . How long does it take to deliver the machine?
We usually deliver machines within 30 days. For non-standard customized machines, the lead time will be longer but not exceed 50 days.
4 . What is your acceptable payment?
Generally T/T and L/C payments are accepted by us, with a 30% deposit and 70% payment before delivery. But for those special clients, we have better optional payments.
5. What is your warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty period for general version machines, and 2-3 years warranty for non-standard machines. It's kind of you to confirm the warranty period with our sales in advance.
6. What services are included during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts. Excluding wearing parts.
7. Do you accept OEM customization?
Yes, we accept it. Including appearance, color, configuration, and more. The price of customized machines may be slightly higher. Please consult our sales for details.
8 . What do you do for Quality Control work?
During the R&D phase, our powerful technicians and engineers gather the most cutting-edge technologies, combined with our decades of industry experience, to complete research and development work. To ensure the strength and stability of the frame, many large processing equipment, like tempering furnaces and shot blasting machines, are used. To ensure machine accuracy, five-axis CNC centers and floor boring and milling equipment are used. Standardized processes are strictly followed during the assembly phase. The final machine must undergo dual certification from both internal and external acceptance departments before it can be put into the market.
