Back-gauge
Built to withstand the test of time, the sturdy back-gauge structure bolsters the collision resistance of the stop block, drastically lowering the risk of deformation. A versatile back-gauge rack streamlines material retrieval post-cutting. Designed to handle diverse materials, the system offers both manual and automatic stop block lifting functions, ensuring operations are versatile, efficient, and seamlessly streamlined.
Motor
Our high-performance main motor is designed for customization, offering options from prestigious global brands like Siemens or reputable Chinese brands such as WANNAN. Catering to specific requirements, we provide a selection of voltage options: 3-phase 220V 60Hz, 3-phase 380V 60Hz, and 3-phase 415V 60Hz, with additional configurations available upon request.
Valve
Integrating a world-renowned Rexroth hydraulic valve block, our system ensures peak hydraulic performance. The real-time oil pressure monitoring feature enhances operational efficiency and guarantees consistent machine stability. Supported by an advanced oil pressure overload protection system, it minimizes the risk of oil leakage and valve jamming, thereby enhancing reliability and durability.
Bearing Ball Workbench
Ingeniously designed, the front support's bearing ball structure significantly reduces friction between the plate and workbench, safeguarding the plate's surface integrity. This innovative approach not only facilitates smoother material feeding but also accelerates the process, dramatically elevating cutting efficiency.
Plate Feed Port
Our meticulously engineered feed port surpasses international safety standards, guaranteeing the machine's secure and reliable operation. The feeding height is optimally designed, with a minimum equal to the sheet thickness and a maximum extending 20-25mm beyond. Adjustable screws provide effortless height customization. To enhance safety, the machine is equipped with a protective front fence and side guardrail, ensuring comprehensive operator safety.
Cutting Line Alignment Lighting
Our cutting-edge alignment lighting project a sharp, precise line onto the plate, ensuring exceptional cutting accuracy. This innovative feature eradicates the need for traditional line-drawing techniques, streamlining the cutting process and significantly boosting efficiency.





1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer with over 20 years of sheet metalworking equipment production experience.
2. Where is your company located?
Ma'anshan, Anhui Province, China. We are 360 kilometers away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport(PVG). And 35 kilometers away from Nanjing Lukou International Airport(NKG), about a 30 minute drive.
3 . How long does it take to deliver the machine?
We usually deliver machines within 30 days. For non-standard customized machines, the lead time will be longer but not exceed 50 days.
4 . What is your acceptable payment?
Generally T/T and L/C payments are accepted by us, with a 30% deposit and 70% payment before delivery. But for those special clients, we have better optional payments.
5. What is your warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty period for general version machines, and 2-3 years warranty for non-standard machines. It's kind of you to confirm the warranty period with our sales in advance.
6. What services are included during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts. Excluding wearing parts.
7. Do you accept OEM customization?
Yes, we accept it. Including appearance, color, configuration, and more. The price of customized machines may be slightly higher. Please consult our sales for details.
8 . What do you do for Quality Control work?
During the R&D phase, our powerful technicians and engineers gather the most cutting-edge technologies, combined with our decades of industry experience, to complete research and development work. To ensure the strength and stability of the frame, many large processing equipment, like tempering furnaces and shot blasting machines, are used. To ensure machine accuracy, five-axis CNC centers and floor boring and milling equipment are used. Standardized processes are strictly followed during the assembly phase. The final machine must undergo dual certification from both internal and external acceptance departments before it can be put into the market.
