CNC Controller
CNC controllers play a crucial core role in the motion control of press brakes. CNHAWE mainly uses controllers from three mainstream companies in the world, namely Delem from the Netherlands, ESA from Italy, and Cybelec from Switzerland.
Proper tuning will enhance the compatibility between the controller and the machine. By combining our core assembly process with advanced tuning techniques, we can unlock a variety of high-end optional functions for customers to choose from.
CNHAWE controllers elevate precision and efficiency with features such as instant angle adjustment, comprehensive 2D/3D programming capabilities, and advanced multi-axis control, guaranteeing uniform excellence in output.
Back-gauge
The CNHAWE back-gauge system is at the forefront of the press brake industry with its excellent motion accuracy.
We use imported ball screws and linear guides, which improves the accuracy and consistency in the production process of CNHAWE's CNC series press brakes.
Our entire frame of back-gauge system undergoes high-temperature tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress, improve metal plasticity and toughness, and prevent precision loss caused by frame deformation.
In terms of stop fingers, we have designed and applied a synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor, which provides better control performance and accuracy for the CNC press brake machine's back-gauge system.
Main Servo Motor
Servo motors have become the dominant technology in the field of industrial automation. It achieves high dynamic performance and improves machine production efficiency through low energy consumption, becoming the preferred choice for many enterprises. Compared to traditional motors, using servo motors can save up to 35% of energy, helping customers significantly improve efficiency and reduce operating costs in the production process. In addition, we also provide high-efficiency energy-saving motors from Siemens in Germany to meet customers' regular production needs. The efficiency of these motors is much higher than that of standard motors, significantly improving work efficiency. Servo Hydraulic System
In a CNC press brake, a complete servo hydraulic system includes key components such as motor, oil pump, filter elements, valve group, hydraulic cylinders, and oil tank. We have chosen HAWE, a well-known German manufacturer, as our core partner. Their high-performance and low failure rate products provide a solid foundation for our system.
In addition, our hydraulic control system adopts an electro-hydraulic servo synchronization design, which achieves extremely small intervals between hydraulic cylinders, thereby enhancing the ability to resist eccentric loads, ensuring high-precision synchronization, and demonstrating excellent power density ratios, all of which are achieved at a lower cost. The pressure of this system is adjustable and flexibly meet the requirements of different bending forces, adapting to various practical application scenarios.
Oil Pump
CNHAWE's oil pump uses high-strength cast iron material, which makes the pump more stable and reliable during operation, and can withstand high pressure and load. Its unique internal design effectively improves the efficiency and performance of the oil pump through precise mechanical structure and optimized process flow.
The noise reduction function is a major highlight of this oil pump, which can reduce the generation of noise during operation and provide users with a quieter working environment. In addition, the oil pump also has the characteristic of low sensitivity to oil pollution, which means that it can work normally in oil environments containing impurities and is not easily affected by pollution, greatly extending its service life.
Punch & Die Tools
Prior to initiating an order, it is essential to deliberate on the appropriate press brake punches and dies. Selecting the correct combination of punch and die is vital for attaining the desired bend configuration. Especially for heavy-duty 2HPA tandem models, our tools can be customized for one-to-one specialization. This greatly satisfies the needs of our customers and saves a lot of unnecessary trouble. Our offerings include tailored tooling solutions that align with the precise bending specifications provided by our customers.
Crowning System
CNHAWE has long been deeply involved in the field of press brake crowning compensation systems, adhering to independent R&D and production. Currently, we have two product lines: electric lower crowning compensation systems and a complete set of upper and lower hydraulic clamping and crowning. Our self-designed system calculates compensation values based on the overall deformation of the slider and workbench. This seamlessly aligns the deformation curve of the slider with the compensation curve, ensuring that the straightness and angle consistency are always maintained during the production and processing of our press brake products. Not only does it occupy a large market share in the domestic market, but it is also exported to many countries around the world. At the same time, our deep strategic cooperation with Dutch manufacturer Wila enables us to provide customers with more high-end optional options, especially for the European and American customers.
Bending Follower
There are two types of front follower for press brake: integrated and floor standing. The automatic bending follower is deeply integrated with the CNC system controller. It seamlessly cooperates with the full motion control cycle of our press brake. By making large sheet metal plates bend more safer and easier, this equipment can save much time and manpower through the whole product life cycle. Especially in the bending of ultra long and ultra thick plates, with our 2HPA series tandem press brake, the advantages of flexibility and the ability to freely adjust height and position enable the bending work of such sheet metal plates to be greatly improved in efficiency through our machine.
Electrical Component
Using Schneider original parts imported from France, our machines have stable and durable performance, with a long service life. It is also equipped with original Estun electrical cabinet components, which have strong anti-interference ability and ensure stable electrical operation.

Ma'anshan, Anhui Province, China. We are 360 kilometers away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport(PVG). And 35 kilometers away from Nanjing Lukou International Airport(NKG), about a 30-minute drive.
3 . How long does it take to deliver the machine?
We usually deliver machines within 30 days. The lead time for non-standard customized machines is longer but does not exceed 50 days.
4 . What is your acceptable payment?
Generally, T/T and L/C payments are accepted by us, with a 30% deposit and 70% payment before delivery. But for those special clients, we have better optional payments.
5. What is your warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty period for general version machines, and a 2-3 year warranty for non-standard machines. It's kind of you to confirm the warranty period with our sales in advance.
6. What services are included during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts. Excluding wearing parts.
7. Do you accept OEM customization?
Yes, we accept it. Including appearance, color, configuration, and more. The price of customized machines may be slightly higher. Please consult our sales for details.
8 . What do you do for Quality Control work?
During the R&D phase, our powerful technicians and engineers gather the most cutting-edge technologies, combined with our decades of industry experience, to complete research and development work. To ensure the strength and stability of the frame, many large processing equipment, like tempering furnaces and shot blasting machines, are used. Five-axis CNC centers and floor boring and milling equipment are used to ensure machine accuracy. Standardized processes are strictly followed during the assembly phase. The final machine must undergo dual certification from internal and external acceptance departments before being put into the market.
