Equipped to handle longer materials with finesse, the system provides both manual and automatic stop block lifting features, ensuring versatile and efficient operation.
Motor
Our main motor is high-performing and adaptable, featuring configurations with globally esteemed brands like Siemens or reputable Chinese brands such as WANNAN. We offer voltage customization to meet diverse requirements, including options like 3-phase 220V 60Hz, 3-phase 380V 60Hz, and 3-phase 415V 60Hz, with additional configurations available upon request.
Valve
With the inclusion of a globally acclaimed Rexroth hydraulic valve block, our system delivers outstanding hydraulic performance. Real-time oil pressure monitoring ensures optimal oil circuit operation, maintaining machine stability. Our advanced oil pressure overload protection system effectively minimizes the risk of oil leakage and valve jamming, enhancing system reliability and longevity.
Bearing Ball Workbench
The front support is ingeniously designed with a bearing ball structure, significantly reducing friction between the plate and the workbench. This ensures the plate's surface remains smooth, enhancing feeding convenience and speed, and ultimately elevating cutting efficiency.
Plate Feed Port
Engineered to uphold international safety standards, our feed port design ensures safe and reliable machine operation. The feeding height is precisely calibrated, with a minimum matching the sheet thickness and a maximum exceeding it by 20-25mm. Adjustable screws allow easy customization of feeding height. For comprehensive operator safety, the machine is equipped with a front fence and side guardrail.
Cutting Line Alignment Lighting
Our cutting-edge alignment marking light source projects a clear, visible line onto the plate, facilitating precision cutting with remarkable straightness.
